Six engagements, six calmer systems.

Each entry is a real engagement, lightly edited for confidentiality. Most start with a free 20-minute discovery call.

Inbox Zero System for Lumen Coffee

Built a triage workflow that cleared 4,200 unread emails in a weekend.

Lumen Coffee's founder was drowning in wholesale enquiries, press requests, and supplier emails — all in one inbox. I designed a label-and-filter system in Gmail, migrated the press pipeline to a shared Trello board, and wrote response templates that cut reply time from 2 days to under 4 hours. The inbox has stayed at zero for 11 consecutive months.

Operations Board for Meridian Health

Migrated a 5-person clinic from email chains to a live Kanban board.

Meridian Health's admin team was losing track of patient follow-ups, insurance claims, and supplier orders across scattered email threads. I set up a ClickUp board with custom statuses for each workflow, automated recurring task creation, and ran a 30-minute weekly standup to keep the board honest. The team now closes 94% of tasks within their SLA window, up from roughly 60%.

Reporting Dashboard for Northwind Travel

Δ +47%

Replaced a 6-hour weekly reporting ritual with a live Google Sheets dashboard.

Northwind Travel's owner spent every Monday morning manually pulling numbers from 5 tools into a messy spreadsheet. I consolidated everything into a single Google Sheets dashboard with live API connections to Stripe, Calendly, and their booking system — plus conditional formatting that flags any KPI dropping below target. Reporting now takes 15 minutes a week instead of 6 hours.

The case for boring systemsMost founders I work with arrived at the samerealization at roughly the same time: the thingsthat felt urgent — the inbox, the calendar, thedrafts piling up — weren't the problem. Theabsence of a boring, reliable system was.So we built one. And then another. And thenoise started to quiet, week by week, untilthe founder could spend Mondays on strategyinstead of catching up.keep this — strongabsenceREV 3 · 14 NOV 2025 · 09:42 PHT · 312 WORDSDRAFT v3

RE: Newsletter Production for Westbridge & Co.

Took over a 12,000-subscriber newsletter — drafting, editing, and sending weekly.

Westbridge & Co.'s weekly newsletter had become inconsistent — sent late, riddled with typos, and falling in engagement. I took over the full production cycle: drafting from the founder's voice notes, editing for clarity, formatting in Beehiiv, A/B testing subject lines, and scheduling. Open rates climbed from 31% to 44% over three months, and the newsletter has shipped on time, every time, for 14 straight issues.

Research Briefs for Saltsea Ventures

Delivered weekly competitor and market briefs that shaped the founding team's Mondays.

Saltsea Ventures needed eyes on their competitive landscape but couldn't justify a full-time hire. I produced weekly research briefs covering competitor product changes, pricing moves, relevant press, and LinkedIn signal — formatted as a concise 2-page memo with a tl;dr and recommended actions. The team used these briefs as the agenda for their Monday strategy syncs for 8 months straight.

For the last five years I've been the person founders call when their inbox has crossed four digits and their calendar looks like abstract art.

I'm based in Cebu, Philippines, and I work with founders and small teams across timezones — mostly early-stage companies that have outgrown ad-hoc support but aren't ready for a full-time hire. My job is to take the operational noise off your plate so you can spend Mondays on strategy instead of email.

I'm not a generalist who dabbles. I specialize in the unglamorous middle layer: inbox systems, calendar coordination, content calendars, and research briefs. The stuff that compounds when it's done consistently and quietly falls apart when it's not.
